Wise • Wild • Sacred Women gatherings and retreats are created for exactly that.

There is no guru and no expectation that you need to change, heal or become someone different.

Come exactly as you are.

Over the years, I've had the joy of bringing women together for local gatherings, day retreats and weekend retreats.

Each experience has been a little different, but the heart of them has always been the same:

Women supporting women.

Depending on the gathering, we may share:

💃 Shakti Dance® — The Yoga of Dance
🌺 Yoga Dance & free movement
💃 Bellydance or other forms of dance
⭕ Women's circles and conversation
🎶 Music, laughter and celebration
🌿 Time to slow down and simply enjoy being together

No dance experience is necessary.

No perfect body.

No perfect age.

No perfect anything.

Just come as you are.

To me, being Wise • Wild • Sacred isn't something we have to achieve.

Wise is honoring everything life has taught us.

Wild is giving ourselves permission to laugh, dance, explore and live in our own way.

Sacred is remembering that our lives, our bodies, our friendships and our time together matter.

And sometimes there's something very special about being in a room full of women who understand that.

No retreat is currently scheduled, and that's okay.

I'm slowly bringing Goddess Store & Studio back to life, one beautiful step at a time.

I hope our future includes more local women's gatherings, day and weekend retreats — and someday, perhaps, Goddess journeys together to places close to my heart such as Ecuador, Peru, and Colombia.

For now, I'd simply love to stay connected.
