Meet Carmen
Hi, I'm Carmen
I'm 72 years old, and I've lived enough life to know that very little goes exactly according to plan.
I've experienced marriage and divorce, difficult relationships, single motherhood, career changes, financial ups and downs, starting over, raising children, becoming a grandmother, aging, and all the unexpected changes that come with a long life.
Professionally, I became a CPA and worked in accounting, finance, and operations. Eventually, I took a very different path and opened The Goddess Store & Studio, where I created a space for women, movement, dance, and community for many years.
Through all the different chapters of my life, dance has kept me moving.
I'm still learning. I'm still growing. I'm still discovering what's next.
I don't have all the answers, and I won't pretend that I do.
What I do have is decades of life and professional experience, a genuine love of supporting women, and the ability to listen, encourage, organize ideas, and help you stay accountable to the goals you choose for yourself.
I'm also continuing my education through professional coaching studies, bringing new tools and techniques to the work I already love.

Sessions are private and available by phone or Zoom.
You can expect honest conversation, encouragement, practical goal-setting, and accountability with plenty of room to simply be yourself.
Special Introductory Rates
I'm opening a limited number of spaces for women who would like personal support, encouragement, and accountability at an introductory rate as I grow this new part of Goddess Store & Studio.
Single Session: $45
45 minutes
A comfortable place to begin. Talk through what's on your mind, clarify a goal, or create your next few steps.
3-Session Package: $120
Three 45-minute sessions
For a little more consistency, encouragement, and accountability.
Monthly Support: $150
Four 45-minute sessions
Weekly support to help you stay connected to the goals and changes you've chosen for yourself.
One Step at a Time
One thing life has taught me is that we don't have to have everything figured out.
We can change direction.
We can try something new.
We can ask for support.
We can continue learning and growing while still loving and accepting who we are right now.
