FLAMENCO DANCE BASICS FOR NEW STUDENTS
This is a Flamenco Dance 2 Choreography Class and currently, you will be learning Guajiras with Fan and Castanets. The class is taught by Marina Torres in Hallandale.
My ZOOM class is for Women Only, it includes Yogini Shakti Flowing Asanas and stretches, Dance Routines, FreeStyle Dance, Lots of Breathwork, Active Meditations, and Relaxation. All this to the Positive Vibes of Reggae Music and the group energy of beautiful goddess sisters. This is a Gentle Class that invigorates your energy, helps you with coordination, memory, and flexibility. You will definitely feel more joyful and free from your mind chatter. Total Beginners will love this class and seasoned yoginis will love connecting and nurturing their Shakti energy.
