Event Description
Step into your strength with Kali, the fierce, loving mother who clears the way for truth. In this Shakti Dance® circle, we’ll move from the core, ground into our bodies, and embody Kali’s clarity, courage, and power. Expect fluid somatic warmups, guided movement, simple rhythmic sequences, and a heart-centered circle to anchor your voice and inner fire.

Women of all ages and movement levels who feel called to embody their truth, power, and freedom. No dance or yoga experience needed.

Water, comfy clothing you can move in, and an open mind heart. (Optional: small journal + pen)
